Rep. Dennis Kucinich may have lost his office, but he has not lost his courage. In an interview soon after his defeat Kucinich returned to a familiar theme, his criticism of Obama’s policy of targeting killings of U.S. citizens without a trial. While I would be just as concerned for people from other countries (after all they are human beings too), at least Kucinich will go out reminding Americans of what we used to be. “Any assault on the Constitution ought to be challenged,” Kucinich said Thursday. “This is absolutely an assault on the Constitution.”
