When long buried hatred comes to the surface it becomes hard to contain. A Jewish boy was beaten and called “dirty Jew” by classmates in Paris. The Jewish school has received hate mail after the murder of three Jewish children, a teacher and three police on March 19th. It is the sacred duty of every religion to challenge the stereotypes it has of people from other faiths. To neglect this duty is to be complicit with this kind of violence.
