The earth summit is over. The results were what everyone expected. The rich nations are not about to make sacrifices, but encourage the poor nations to do so. Still, in spite of the indifference of the high and mighty, activists from around the world gather to speak with one voice, proving once again that the true hope of humankind is always found on the margins.
